We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

1. Return Address

2. Packing Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, protective materials, and accessories.

  • Products must be in new and unused condition (test-fitting is okay, but no signs of use, damage, or wear).

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • Please include your order number and a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package.

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • Within the USA: Return shipping is FREE for eligible returns within 30 days. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • International Orders: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation. Please contact us for details.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email support@pulsepathfit.us or call +1 (502) 690-9978 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST) with your order number.

  2. Get Your Label – We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders) and detailed packing instructions.

  3. Ship It Back – Repackage your items securely and drop them off at the nearest authorized carrier location (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
